Step 1

In a pan with hot oil, sauté machacado for about 2-3 minutes.  

Add eggs and mix until cooked.

Step 2

Add La Costeña Taquera Salsa.  

Step 3

Remove from heat until salsa boils.  

 

Step 4 Serve and complement with La Costeña Whole Pinto Beans.
