1 | tbsp salt, plus more if needed | |
1/2 | cup cilantro, chopped | |
1/2 | white onion | |
2 | garlic cloves | |
1 | tsp dry oregano | |
4 | cups chicken stock | |
4 | cups shredded chicken |
