Chicken in Green Sauce Quesadillas

• Ingredients

  • Shredded chicken breast 
    
  • La Costeña Green Salsa 
    
  • Mozzarella cheese 
    
  • Tomato 
    
  • Onion 
    
  • Queso fresco 
    
  • Flour tortilla 
    
  • Sour cream 

• Directions

  Step 1

  In a pan with hot oil add La Costeña Green Salsa. Bring to a boil.

  Step 2

  Add shredded chicken and mix. Heat flour tortilla and add a layer of mozzarella cheese.

  Step 3

  When cheese melts add tomato, onion and chicken.

  Step 4

  Fold in half and serve.

  Step 5

  Complement with sour cream and queso fresco.
