NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

This promotional giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by La Costeña USA Holdings, LLC. d/b/a Vilore Foods Company, a Texas corporation (the “Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Winners and their guests must be available to attend the event in person at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, on November 1, 2026.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 20, 2026, and ends on October 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Entry Period”).

Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To participate in the Giveaway, entrants must complete the following requirements during the Entry Period:

    • Follow La Costeña® USA's official Instagram account, @_mexicorico.
    • Like the official Giveaway post.
    • Comment their favorite La Costeña® Jalapeños presentation (Whole, Sliced, or Diced) and include #LaCosteñaJalapeños.
    • Subscribe to the La Costeña® USA newsletter through the link provided in the official Instagram bio.

Bonus Points

Participants may earn additional points through the following activities:

    • Tag Friends: Earn one (1) additional point for each unique, valid Instagram account tagged in the comments of the official Giveaway post.
    • Share to Stories: Earn one (1) additional point for each eligible Instagram Story sharing the official Giveaway post and tagging @_mexicorico.

Participants receive one (1) point for each completed mandatory requirement and additional points for eligible bonus activities.

There is no predetermined maximum number of bonus points a participant may earn.

Only valid activities completed during the Entry Period will be counted.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Three (3) winners will be selected based on the total number of verified points earned through the participation requirements and bonus activities described in Section 3.

Sponsor will manually review and verify eligible entries. The three (3) eligible participants with the highest verified scores will be selected as winners.

Entry Verification and Fraud Prevention

Only valid, existing Instagram accounts will be considered for bonus points. Duplicate tags, nonexistent accounts, and accounts that cannot be verified will not earn additional points.

Instagram Story shares must be verifiable through notifications or other records available to Sponsor during the Entry Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who deliberately use fake accounts, fraudulent tags, automated activity, or other deceptive practices to manipulate the Giveaway results.

Disqualification decisions will be based on reasonable verification and documented evidence.

Tie-Breaking Procedure

In the event of a tie affecting winner selection, priority will be given to the participant who first reached their final verified score, based on available records.

If the order cannot be reliably established, a documented random selection will be conducted among the tied participants.

Winner Announcement and Notification

Winners will be announced on or before October 27, 2026, through La Costeña® USA's official Instagram Stories and notified via Instagram Direct Message from @_mexicorico.

Potential winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification to claim their prize and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and coordinate event access.

Failure to respond within the specified period, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or inability to attend the event may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner based on the same selection criteria.

All decisions made by Sponsor regarding eligibility, verification, scoring, winner selection, and administration of the Giveaway shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

5. Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive admission for themselves and one (1) guest to the La Costeña® USA Atlanta United Game Day Experience.

    • Location: Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, Georgia
    • Kickoff: 4:30 PM Eastern Time
    • Prize: Two (2) admissions per winner to La Costeña®'s private suite
    • Total Winners: Three (3)
    • Total Admissions Awarded: Six (6)

The prize includes access to La Costeña®'s private suite, food, and beverages provided during the event.

Transportation, airfare, lodging, parking, and other personal expenses are not included unless expressly confirmed by Sponsor in writing.

Winners and their guests are responsible for complying with all applicable stadium policies, security requirements, and admission procedures.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion, subject to applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Disclaimer and Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

    • Technical failures, including lost, interrupted, or unavailable network connections or hardware or software failures.
    • Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Giveaway.
    • Electronic or human errors in the administration of the Giveaway or processing of entries.
    • Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, misdirected, or stolen entries, notifications, or communications.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from liability related to this promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, event cancellation, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair its administration.

7. Governing Law

This Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Participants who subscribe to the La Costeña® USA newsletter will receive brand news, product information, recipes, promotions, and other marketing communications in accordance with the subscription terms and applicable consent requirements.

Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.

Information collected from potential winners may also be used to verify eligibility, administer the Giveaway, communicate prize information, and coordinate event access.

9. Additional Conditions

Winners and their guests must comply with Mercedes-Benz Stadium policies and all applicable event security and admission requirements.

Sponsor may request identification and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and facilitate stadium admission.

If the event is canceled, postponed, or materially modified for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize arrangement, subject to applicable law.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
