In a pan with hot oil add La Costeña Ranchera Salsa. When salsa starts to boil add shredded chicken and mix well. |

Fry corn dough for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. |
Step 3 |
In a pan with hot oil sauté tortilla and add a layer of mozzarella cheese on tortilla.

Pinch the corner of the fried dough to form sopes. |
Step 5 |
Add a layer of chicken on each sope. Top with onion, cilantro, sour cream and queso fresco.
