Directions:

Set a pot on the stove and fill it with water over medium-high heat, add garlic cloves, salt, onion, cilantro then turn the heat down and cover the pot with lid.

When water starts to boil add meat. Simmer the meat for one to two hours, or until tender. When your meat is fully cooked you are going to chop meat.

On a corn tortilla you are going to add the meat and add chopped cilantro and diced onion.

You can’t forget to add the delicious LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA!!!

Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 1⁄2 onion
  • 2 pounds ribeye steak
  • 2 pounds beef shank center
  • 1⁄2 a bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 1⁄2 chopped onion
  • Lime wedges
  • LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA
  • Homemade corn tortillas
