In a pan with hot oil sauté garlic and onion for about 1 minute or until golden brown. Add poblano peppers and La Costeña Nopalitos. |

Sauté for about 6-8 minutes. Add Panela cheese and cover with a lid. |

Simmer for about 5-7 minutes. Add La Costeña Green Salsa.
