Habanero Buffalo Chicken Casserole Keto Friendly

1.    In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, mayo, heavy cream, habanero, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce
2.    Add the chicken and cauliflower and stir until evenly coated, add salt and pepper
3.    Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
4.    Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
5.    Remove from the oven and garnish with jalapeno, green onion, and La Costena Habanero. 
6.    Serve warm as a casserole or as dip with pita chips or veggies. 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup La Costena pickled habanero peppers and carrots (adjust to desired heat level)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz shredded cheddar
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 5 oz cauliflower florets, blanched
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, slices
