  1. Butterfly and devein the shrimp. Using a sharp knife, cut each shrimp lengthwise along the back.
  2. In a bowl, add the shrimp, 2 cups of lime juice, and 1 tbsp of salt. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes until the shrimp turns opaque.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of pepper, diced cucumber, red onion, and the LA COSTEÑA RED PICKLED SLICED JALAPEÑO PEPPER.
  4. For the sauce, blend the serrano chiles, cilantro, ¼ onion, and 1 cup of lime juice until smooth.
  5. Pour the blended sauce over the shrimp mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Serve the Aguachiles on tostadas or with tortilla chips. Enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor!
