Sopes de Pollo en Salsa Ranchera

 Ingredients 

  • Chicken breast  
  • La Costeña Ranchera Salsa 
  • Onion 
  • Cilantro 
  • Sour cream 
  • Queso fresco 




In a pan with hot oil add La Costeña Ranchera Salsa.  When salsa starts to boil add shredded chicken and mix well. 
Fry corn dough for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
 In a pan with hot oil sauté tortilla and add a layer of mozzarella cheese on tortilla. 


Pinch the corner of the fried dough to form sopes. 

Add a layer of chicken on each sope. 

Top with onion, cilantro, sour cream and queso fresco.
