 - Habanero Chili
 
Ingredients
- 2 habanero peppers La Costeña, chopped  
 - 8 oz whole black beans La Costeña, drained and rinsed
 - 1 lb. ground beef
 - 1/2 onion diced
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 bell pepper, any color, diced
 - 9 oz diced tomatoes
 - 1/2 cup beef broth
 - 1/2 cup dark beer
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Cooking oil as needed
 
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and incorporate the bell pepper and the habanero; cook for a few minutes.
Add the ground beef and brown evenly.
Add the Black beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, cumin, dark beer and sugar. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
