Pork Chops in Salsa Taquera

Step 1

In a pan with hot oil fry pork chops for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.  

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper.  

Step 3

Combine all salad ingredients into a large bowl.

 

Step 4

Add La Costeña Taquera Salsa and bring to a boil.  

Step 5

Serve and complement with La Costeña Whole Pinto Beans.
