Directions
Step 1 | Cook the bacon in a frying pan until halfway cooked (3-4 minutes). Set aside. |
Step 2 | Coat the pork ribs with all-purpose flour and sear on all sides. Set aside. |
Step 3 | Add the black beans, beef broth, onion, garlic and bay leaf to a pot. Bring to a boil. |
Step 4 | Add the pork ribs and the bacon. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over a medium flame. |
Step 5 | Remove the bay leaf and serve. |
