Step 1 In a food processor, blitz the chipotle, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro and lime juice.
Step 2 Incorporate the tuna and the cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Step 3 Serve with crackers or toast and garnish with chopped chives.


Season with salt and pepper as needed and add more lime juice if necessary — adjust to your taste.

1/2 lime, juiced 

2 cans of tuna, drained  

6oz cream cheese at room temperature  

2 chipotle peppers La Costeña
