Directions

Step 1 Toast the bread or use regular store-bought toast.
Step 2 Spread the cream cheese into the toast and set aside.
Step 3 Drizzle cooking oil into a frying pan, and fry the eggs, one at a time, to taste.
Step 4 Top the toast with the egg, grated cheese, avocado slices, nopalitos and salsa Mexicana to taste.

Notes:

Allow the cheese to melt with the eggs’ own warmth.

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp nopalitos La Costeña
  • Salsa Mexicana La Costeña, to taste
  • Cooking oil as needed
