Step 1 In a hot pan with one tablespoon of oil cook pork chops.  
Step 2

Season with salt and pepper.  

Step 3

Fry pork chops for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.  

 

Step 4

Add La Costeña Green Salsa.  

Step 5

Bring to a boil.  Serve and complement with a side of Mexican rice.
