One Pot Mole Brisket Tacos

  • Pat the brisket dry and season with the salt and pepper on all sides. 
  • Rub mole sauce over the entire brisket.
  • Add avocado oil to the bottom of a slow cooker
  • Add in the brisket, onion, and beef bone broth. 
  • Cover with additional mole sauce.
  • Slow cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the brisket is fork tender.
  • Shred the brisket and serve with tortillas and your choice of toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar La Costeña mole sauce 
  • 1 large white onion quartered
  • 1-2 tbsp Avocado oil 
  • 6 lb beef brisket point half 
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 3-4 cups beef bone broth
