- Pat the brisket dry and season with the salt and pepper on all sides.
 
- Rub mole sauce over the entire brisket.
 
- Add avocado oil to the bottom of a slow cooker
 
- Add in the brisket, onion, and beef bone broth.
 
- Cover with additional mole sauce.
 
- Slow cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the brisket is fork tender.
 
- Shred the brisket and serve with tortillas and your choice of toppings.
