  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with additional cilantro, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese.
  3. Serve with pita chips, veggie sticks of your choice.  

Ingredients

2 15 oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed 

4 cloves garlic, mined 

¼ cup tahini  

2 tbsp lime juice 

4-5 whole La Costena Chipotles in Adobos  

½ cup roasted red bell pepper  

¼ cup cilantro 

¾ cup Avocado oil  

1 tbsp taco seasoning  

Garnish: cotija cheese, pico de gallo, cilantro
