Step 1 |
Drain and rinse the whole beans. |

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. |

Pour the tomato purée and bay leaf; combine. Add the beans and cook until steamy. |

Add the cheese and combine until it melts. |

Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
Step 6 |
Air-fry or deep-fry the fries, toss them with salt and place them in a tray. |
Step 7 |
Top the fries with the bean mixture and garnish with jalapeños, sour cream and avocado. |
