||Drain and rinse the whole beans.
||Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
||Pour the tomato purée and bay leaf; combine. Add the beans and cook until steamy.
||Add the cheese and combine until it melts.
||Season with salt and pepper to taste.
||Air-fry or deep-fry the fries, toss them with salt and place them in a tray.
||Top the fries with the bean mixture and garnish with jalapeños, sour cream and avocado.
