Directions
Step 1 | Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and set aside. |
Step 2 | In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and incorporate the bell pepper and the habanero; cook for a few minutes. |
Step 3 | Add the ground beef and brown evenly. |
Step 4 | Add the Black beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, cumin, dark beer and sugar. Stir well and bring to a boil. |
Step 5 | Taste and season with salt and pepper. |
