- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a food processor, combine the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until finely minced.
- Add half of the black beans to the food processors and the spices, breadcrumbs, eggs, and soy sauce and pulse until well combined.
- Add the remaining black beans into the processor, pulsing only a few times, to ensure there are a few whole black beans in the mixture.
- Form patties using about ½ cup measuring cup and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keep in mind the mixture will be wet.
- Bake the patties for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Assemble the burgers with preferred toppings.
