Directions
Step 1
Combine the lime juice, orange juice, beer, soy sauce and oil in a bowl. Marinate the steaks for at least 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Light up the grill, and grease it with cooking oil.
Step 3
Cook the strip steaks to the desired doneness, allow them to rest for ten minutes and cut them into strips against the grain.
Step 4
Drain the Nopalitos La Costeña, heat a skillet with a teaspoon of cooking oil and sauté them until slightly charred. Season with salt.
Step 5
Heat the refried beans in a pot for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
Step 6
Serve the Asada meat with a side of Nopalitos, La Costeña salsa, beans and tortillas.

- 1 lime, juiced

- 1/2 cup dark lager beer
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil, plus more for greasing the grill
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 can Nopalitos La Costeña
- 1 jar Salsa Taquera or Mexicana La Costeña
- 1 can Refried Beans La Costeña
- Tortillas for serving
