Steak and Chorizo Molletes

 Ingredients 

  • Chorizo 
  • Steak 
  • Onion 
  • Cilantro 
  • La Costeña Refried Pinto Beans 
  • Mozzarella cheese 
  • Sour cream 
  • Cilantro 
  • Bolillo 





In a pan with hot oil add steak, season with salt and pepper.  When steak is cooked add chorizo. 
Fry for 8-12 minutes or until cooked. 

Split the bolillo in half and spread a layer of La Costeña Refried Pinto Beans. 

Add steak with chorizo, chopped onion and mozzarella cheese.  Place molletes in the oven for 3-5 minutes or just until cheese has melted.

Top with sour cream and cilantro.
