- 2 1/2 cups masa flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water, warm
- 2 tbsp lard
- 1 can refried beans La Costeña
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup fresh cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 jar Salsa Taquera La Costeña
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil as needed
