Pork and Beans

 Ingredients 

• 4 bacon strips
• 5 lb. bone-in pork ribs
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cans of whole black beans La Costeña
• 4 cups beef broth
• 1/2 yellow onion, coarsely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bay leaf
• Salt and pepper to taste
