Mexican Pizza

 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can La Costeña whole black beans
  • 1 cup seasoned tomato puree
  • Pre cooked pizza crust
  • 2 cups Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 150 grams (8 oz.) chorizo de lomo, sliced
  • La Costeña Diced Chipotle Peppers
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
HOW TO: Drain beans. Spread tomato puree on pizza crusts. Cover with beans, cheese, chorizo and chipotle peppers. Sprinkle with oregano and a little olive oil. Bake in preheated 300 degrees C (570 F) oven until cheese melts.
