- 1 onion, chopped
- ¼ cup La Costeña Mayonnaise (14.2oz)
- 1 can La Costeña Chipotles in Adobo Sauce (7oz)
- 2 cans drained tuna
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- Toast cut into triangles, or crackers
- Parsley leaves for garnish
Mix La Costeña Mayonnaise, La Costeña Chipotles in Adobo Sauce and olive oil in blender (1 chipotle pepper for every 1/4 of the mayonnaise jar). Combine the mix, onions and tuna. Spread over toast or crackers and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
