• 1 onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup La Costeña Mayonnaise (14.2oz)
  • 1 can La Costeña Chipotles in Adobo Sauce (7oz)
  • 2 cans drained tuna
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Toast cut into triangles, or crackers
  • Parsley leaves for garnish

How to

Mix La Costeña Mayonnaise, La Costeña Chipotles in Adobo Sauce and olive oil in blender (1 chipotle pepper for every 1/4 of the mayonnaise jar). Combine the mix, onions and tuna. Spread over toast or crackers and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
