  • 1 chopped  garlic clove

  • 12 tortillas, cut into 1/2 inch strips and fried

HOW TO:

To make this delicious Tortilla Soup, saute garlic and onion. Add tomato puree and sauce, simmer gently for 5 minutes. Stir in chicken stock and epazote and simmer 5 more minutes. Arrange tortilla  strips in individual bowls and pour soup on top. Garnish with cream, cheese and avocado.
