To make these Tlacoyos ©, grab one of the dough pieces and roll between your hands. Then, pat with your hands to form a thick circle. Spoon about 1 tbsp of beans in the center of the dough.Then, with your two hands, hold the dough and gently press the ends to form the pointy tips on each side to form tlacoyo. In a pan over medium high heat add 1 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot place the tlacoyos on the pan. Fry/cook for about 5-8 minutes on each side. Serve and complement with some queso fresco, sour cream, avocado,andLA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA. Enjoy!
