Tlacoyos ©

Ingredients:
● Sour cream
● Queso fresco
● LA COSTEÑA REFRIED PINTO BEANS WITH JALAPEÑON PEPPERS
● Corn dough
● LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA

Directions:​

To make these Tlacoyos ©, grab one of the dough pieces and roll between your hands. Then, pat with  your hands to form a thick circle. Spoon about 1 tbsp of beans in the center of the dough.​​Then, with your two hands, hold the dough and gently press the ends to form the pointy tips on each side to form tlacoyo. ​In a pan over medium high heat add 1 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot place the tlacoyos on the pan. Fry/cook for about 5-8 minutes on each side. Serve and complement with some queso fresco, sour cream, avocado,andLA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA. Enjoy!
