- 1lb 2oz (500g) Ribbon pasta
- 1lb 8oz (680g) Cottage cheese
- 1 17oz (475) bottle of La Costeña Salsa Ranchera
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar
Cook the pasta until it is al dente (following the instructions in the packet). Drain well and mix with the Salsa Arriera. Add the cottage cheese and sugar, mix everything and heat it until hot (but not boiling). Serve immediately.
Note: This is a very spicy pasta. Only serve it if you enjoy extra spicy food.
