Ingredients

  • 16 pieces of miniature sope
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 150 grs. fillet of cazon.
  • ¼ Cup of La Costeña’s Salsa Ranchera
  • ½ Cup of the la Costeña refried black beans
  • ½ Cup of cream
  • ½ Cup grated panela cheese
  • 1 cup of lettuce threaded

How to

  1. in a Pan fry the sopes in oil on both sides.
  2. Cut the fillet of shark into cubes, mix with salsa ranchera La Costeña and heat in a saucepan until it is fully cooked. Leave to cool and shred it with the help of a fork.
  3. Heat refried beans and spread them on to the sopes, adding a little bit of the prepared cazon.
  4. Add a teaspoon of cream, cheese and lettuce. Serve with La Costeña’s Salsa Ranchera.
