Sausage and Egg a la Mexicana ©

Ingredients:
● 8 oz sausage
● 1 tomato
● ¼ onion
● 1 cup LA COSTEÑA DICED JALAPEÑOS
● 5 eggs
● LA COSTEÑA REFRIED BEANS

Directions:
I​n a pan over medium high heat add 1 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot add the sausage. Cook sausage for about 3-5 minutes. Then add the onion, tomato, and LA COSTEÑA DICED JALAPEÑOS. Mix and cook for 3-5 minutes. Then add the eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve and complement with LA COSTEÑA REFRIED BEANS. Enjoy!
