- 1 ¼ cups of La Costena mayonnaise
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 5 La Costeña chipotle peppers, seeded and chopped
- the juice of 1 lime
- ¾ k (1 ½ lb) potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
- 4 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
Combine mayonnaise, garlic, chipotles and lime juice. Toss with potatoes and serve with sprinkled cilantro.
