Potato and Chorizo Crispy Tacos ©
● 2 cooked potatoes
● 1 cup chorizo
● 5 corn tortillas
● Sour cream
● LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA
In a pan over medium high heat fry chorizo for about 5 minutes. To the chorizo add the cooked potatoes. Mix together. In a pan over medium high heat add about 2 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot fry tortillas for about 10 seconds on each side. To each tortilla add about 2 tbsp of potato and chorizo mixture close tortilla as a taco. In the same pan where you fried the tortillas you will add more oil to fry tacos. Fry for about2-3 minutes on each side. Serve on a plate and top the with some lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA. Enjoy!
