• 1 12oz (350g) package of Tomato Sauce Seasoned With Spices
  • 1 7oz (210g) package of Tomato Sauce Seasoned With Spices
  • ½ Medium-sized onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 Tablespoons of La Costeña Chipotle Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons of pork lard or corn oil
  • 2 Cups of chicken stock
  • ¾ Cup of cream
  • 1 Chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 4oz (100g) Pork crackling broken up into small pieces

Serve with:

Two avocados (Peeled and diced)
Hot tortillas

How to

Blend the Tomato Sauce, onion, garlic clove and Chipotle Salsa. Heat the oil in a thick saucepan, add the blended mixture and stir for 3 minutes. Add the stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cream, beating vigorously with a balloon whisk and add the shredded chicken breast. Finally add the pork crackling and serve immediately with the diced avocado.
