Pork Chops in Chipotle Sauce ©

Ingredients:

● 6 pork chops
● 4 tomatoes
● 1⁄4 onion
● 1 garlic clove
● 1 can LA COSTEÑA CHIPOTLE PEPPERS
● 2 tbsp oil
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 1 cup water
● 2 cooked potatoes

Directions:

To make Pork Chops in Chipotle Sauce ©, in a blender add the tomatoes, onion, garlic clove, about 4 of LA COSTEÑA CHIPOTLES, and salt. Blend until smooth. In a pan over medium high heat add about 2 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot add pork chops season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side! Then add the cooked potatoes and the salsa. Let the salsa boil for about 5 minutes. Serve on a plate and complement with rice! Enjoy!
