Pambazo ©

Ingredients:
● 1 bolillo
● Sour cream
● Queso fresco
● Lettuce
● 1 can LA COSTEÑA REFRIED PINTO BEANS
● 2 cups chorizo
● 2 potato
● LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA
● 5 guajillo chili
● 1 tsp oregano
● 1 garlic clove
● 1 tbsp salt

Directions: 
​To make this delicious Pambazo ©, in a pan over medium high heat add chorizo and fry for about 5 minutes.Then add some cooked potatoes and smash. In a blender add the guajillos, salt, garlic,and oregano. Blend until smooth. Strain sauce into a bowl and dip bolillo into the sauce.In a pan over medium high heat add 1 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot add the bolillo. Fry each side for about 1 minute. Transfer bolillo to a plate and cut in half. Add LACOSTEÑA REFRIED PINTO BEANS, chorizo with potato, lettuce, sour cream, queso fresco, and LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA. Enjoy!
