Menudo Estilo Chihuahua

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cans La Costeña menudo (hominy and beef tripe)
  • 1 calf’s foot, cooked and chopped
  • Oregano
  • Chopped onion
  • Limes

HOW TO:

Heat menudo and add chopped calf’s foot. Boil for a few minutes. Serve with oregano, onion and lime juice to taste. If you like, you can also add shredded lettuce as in pozole.
