Liver with Onions ©

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb liver
  • ½ onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can LA COSTEÑA GREEN PICKLED SLICED JALAPEÑOS
  •  corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado

Directions: ​

In a pan over medium high heat add about 2 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot, add onion and liver. Then season with salt and pepper. After 5 minutes add LA COSTEÑA GREEN PICKLED SLICED JALAPEÑOS. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes.When ready serve as tacos and complement with some avocado. Enjoy!
