- 1 whole pineapple
- 1 can of Jumex Coconut-Pineapple Nectar
- 1 can of Jumex Papaya-Pineapple Nectar
- 3 spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream
- Chile Lime Powder
Fill a cocktail shaker with 1 can of Jumex Coconut-Pineapple Nectar and 1 can of Jumex Papaya-Pineapple Nectar and Shake well (for about 1 min). Remove the core from a fresh whole pineapple with enough space to fit your drink. First, add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the hollowed-out pineapple. Then, pour the mixed Jumex ingredients (Coconut-Pineapple and Papaya-Pineapple) and enjoy!!!
