Quench your summer thirst with this tropical recipe that mixes the Jumex® Coconut-Pineapple and Jumex® Papaya-Pineapple Nectars. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, pour into a pineapple cup (virtually, the ultimate garnish)  and beat the heat with this sweet, refreshing treat 😉

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole pineapple
  • 1 can of Jumex Coconut-Pineapple Nectar
  • 1 can of Jumex Papaya-Pineapple Nectar
  • 3 spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream
  • Chile Lime Powder

HOW TO:

Fill a cocktail shaker with 1 can of Jumex Coconut-Pineapple Nectar and 1 can of Jumex Papaya-Pineapple Nectar and Shake well (for about 1 min). Remove the core from a fresh whole pineapple with enough space to fit your drink. First, add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the hollowed-out pineapple. Then, pour the mixed Jumex ingredients (Coconut-Pineapple and Papaya-Pineapple) and enjoy!!!
