- 12 lightly fried tortillas
- 2 cooked, shredded chicken breasts
- 2 cups La Costeña green sauce (or Ranchera Sauce, this could be a multi-product recipe)
- 1 cup cream
- 100grams (3 1/2 oz.) Manchego cheese, shredded
To make these delicious Green Enchiladas, fill tortillas with chicken and roll into tacos. Place them in an ovenproof dish, cover with sauce, cream and cheese. Bake in 200 •c (390 F) oven until cheese melts.
