INGRIDIENTS:

  • 2 Cans of La Costeña Charro Beans (20.5 oz. / 581 g)
  • 1 Cup of Beer 1/2 kg
  • (1 lb.) Chopped Carnitas
  • Chilitos Verdes (Green Chiles to Taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • Flour Tortillas

HOW TO:

To make these delicious Frijoles a la Charra, boil beans with the beer and the pork. Add more salt if necessary, and garnish with sliced chiles and cilantro. Serve with hot flour tortillas.
