Fish with Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 White fish fillets.
  • 1 jar La Costeña Diced Chipotles.
  • 1 cup. Sour cream
  • ¼ cup olive oil.
  • Cilantro
  • garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

  • Mix La Costeña Diced Chipotles, Sour cream,
  • Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Spread chipotle Sauce on top of each fillet.
  • Serve immediately with vegetables and rice.
