Fish with Chipotle Sauce
- 4 White fish fillets.
- 1 jar La Costeña Diced Chipotles.
- 1 cup. Sour cream
- ¼ cup olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix La Costeña Diced Chipotles, Sour cream,
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Spread chipotle Sauce on top of each fillet.
- Serve immediately with vegetables and rice.
