Ingredients:
● 16 oz Chorizo
● Corn dough
● Sour cream
● Queso fresco
● LA COSTEÑA TAQUERA SALSA

Directions:​ 
Cook tortillas. ​In a pan over medium high heat fry chorizo for about 5minutes. When chorizo is cooked add LA COSTEÑA TAQUERA SALSA. Simmer for 5more minutes. Dip tortillas in the stew. Serve on a plate and complement with some sour cream and queso fresco. Enjoy!

TORTILLAS
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tbsp oil
● 1 tsp chicken broth powder
● 4 cups of masa de maiz
● 2 ½ cups water

DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl add 4 cups of masa, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp chicken broth powder and 2cups of water. Mix everything with your hand so that it can be dissolved better make sure it’s soft and that it doesn’t stick to your hand. When you have your masa ready form balls, you are going to press them with the tortillas press, and then cook them.Cook each side for about 1 minute. The way you know when your tortilla is ready is when they start inflating.
