Enchiladas Verdes ©

Ingredients:
● Ham
● Queso fresco
● Mozzarella cheese
● Shredded chicken breast
● Corn tortillas
● LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SAUCE
● Sour cream

Directions:

In a pan over medium high heat add 1 tbsp of oil and fry tortillas for 10 seconds on each side. To each tortilla add 1 slice of ham and some shredded chicken. Roll tortilla to form enchilada. In the same pan where you fried the tortillas add 1 tbsp of oil and fry LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SAUCE! Then add the salsa on top of the enchiladas and the mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 2 minutes so the cheese can melt. Then add queso fresco and sour cream. Enjoy!
