• 1 Large country loaf
  • 2 Spreading cheeses weighting 6 oz (180g) each
  • 1 Cup of La Costeña Mayonnaise With Lime Juice
  • 2 13 oz (380g) Cans of Cuitlacoche
  • 1 8 oz (220g) Can of La Costeña Sliced Red Jalapeños (Cut into medium-sized pieces)

How to

Remove the top of the bread and hollow out the center. Beat the spreading cheese with the Mayonnaise in a blender. Add the Cuitlacoche and Sliced Red Jalapeños. Pour into a saucepan and heat. Heat the bread in the oven and fill with the Cuitlacoche mixture. Serve as an appetizer, together with the top of the bread (so that guests can dip small pieces of bread into the sauce).
