Ingredients:
● Ham
● Mozzarella Cheese
● Chicken Breast
● 2 eggs
● 1 cup flour
● 1 cup bread crumbs
● 2 tbsp butter
● 1 tbsp garlic
● ½ cup flour
● 1 cup milk
● Salt
● Pepper
● ½ cup parmesan cheese
● 1 can LA COSTEÑA CHIPOTLE SAUCE

Directions: 
To make thisCordon Bleu © recipe, sprinkle each piece of chicken breast on both side with salt and pepper to taste. Place 2 cheese slices and 2 ham slices on top of the chicken breast. Roll up each breast, and secure with a toothpick. Coat chicken rolls with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. In a deep pan heat oil and fry chicken rolls. Fry for about 3-5 minutes on each side. In a pan over medium high heat add butter when completely dissolved add garlic,flour, milk, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and LA COSTEÑA CHIPOTLE SAUCE. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve and top chicken rolls with sauce. Enjoy!
