• 2 cups Chihuahua or Monterey Jack cheese, finely grated
  • 1 7oz ( 190 g) package cream cheese
  • 3 La Costena Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup toasted sesame

How to

Mix all the ingredients except the chives, cilantro and sesame in the food processor Add the chives and cilantro. Make a ball out of this paste, flatten and roll in the sesame seeds, turning it over so that it is completely covered. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with nachos or crackers
