Chicken with Pipián Sauce ©
- 1 jar LA COSTEÑA PIPIAN
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 pieces Chicken
Add half a jar of LA COSTEÑA PIPIAN into a blender and about two cups of chickenbroth. Blend until smooth. Add more chicken broth if needed. Transfer PIPIAN sauce into a panover medium high heat. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Add chicken to a plate with a side ofrice and cover chicken with PIPIAN sauce. Enjoy !!
