- 2 Chicken breasts (cooked and diced)
- 4 Sticks of celery (diced)
- 1 Cup of Pineapple Chunks in Syrup (well drained)
- 1 15 oz (420g) Can of Peas (well drained)
- 1 Unpeeled red apple (diced)
- ½ Cup of chopped pecans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Cup of La Costeña Mayonnaise with Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup of cream
- 1 Teaspoon of paprika
- 1 Green lettuce (washed and disinfected)
Mix all the ingredient. Fill the lettuce with the salad and sprinkle with a little paprika on top.
